«ALBUM 2023 is composed with unedited field recordings made over the past few years around my home in southern Denmark and while traveling in Europe and abroad.
I have recorded the sounds and noises of the environment with a broad variety of microphones and techniques - using hydrophones, geophones, detecting, and recording the sound of, electromagnetic radiation, self invented extended recording techniques - and of course listening to, and recording, the ambient sounds of the world, paying particular attention to all the unusual, strange and weird noises that surround us.
